Job Responsibilities :   He/She will play a vital role in leading and managing digital analytics engagements. He/She will be responsible for revenue targets and build customized offerings to client needs. He/She will maintain and develop client relationships as required. He/She will work with analysts and prioritize objectives in order to achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction and targeted financial results. He/She will be responsible for building and managing client relationships by working closely with account managers of our clients. He/She will be responsible for building capabilities in the digital space across verticals like Retail, CPG, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Healthcare, TMT etc and support new prospect conversions in collaboration with Sales.  Other responsibilities include :  - A thorough understanding of digital landscape and emerging trends and convert them into POVs and solutions  - Understand client's business questions and be able to develop solution architecture, both for existing clients as well as prospects.  - Make sure that all project deliverables are completed on schedule and in accordance with client's needs and expectations.  - Capability Development : Work with the team to help build cutting-edge solutions that can be readily taken to market  - Provide guidance to junior analysts for solving problems, developing analytical strategies, and helping them apply analytical techniques and frameworks.  - Work closely with the sales team to help acquire new clients.   - Define standard metrics and KPIs for clients and establish processes to measure them  - Recruit, train, develop and coach talent.  Attributes and Skills :  - Good knowledge of one or more tools like Google Analytics, Adobe suite of products (Site Catalyst, Test & Target etc.), Coremetrics, Webtrends, Tealeaf, Tealium etc.  - Good grasp and knowledge of Text mining & Analytics and knowledge of tools preferred like Clarabridge, SAS text miner etc.  - Knowledge of E-commerce analytics and exposure to Attribution models, Price elasticity models or behavior science  - Exposure to internet advertising and technology behind ad-serving and knowledge of SEO/SEM  - Knowledge of analytics techniques like regression, clustering, Decision tree, Bayesian, random forest etc:  - Experience in customer insights research and analytics is a strong plus  - Experience working in a consultative capacity (internal or external) is a strong plus  - Strong analytical thinking skills. Ability to creatively solve business problems, innovating new approaches where required.  - Ability to interpret research findings for multiple audiences, extract insights and communicate effectively  - Experience interfacing with clients or high-level executives  - Outstanding oral and written communication skills  - Must have excellent project management skills  - Must have the ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced business environment  - Needs to be a thought leader and question and push boundaries  Other requirements :  - MBA or advanced degree  - 10 to 15 years of experience with a significant portion in digital in either consulting and or delivery roles  - Domain experience in Retail, CPG, FS, LS or HC is a big plus
