Responsibilities :
- Should be able to manage the entire P&L of City Level Dark Stores and Last Mile.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving NPS at city level.
- Must have the ability to lead the team of Operations, Quality and Last Mile.
- Responsible for Fleet Management, Its Sourcing, Delivery Operations.
- Also Monitoring and Ensuring Quality is not compromised.
- Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain & Operations
- Analyses current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
- Develops policies to increase efficiency.
- Monitors the performance of all the stores, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements
- Strive for continuous improvement in our distribution centre with a specific focus on identifying best practices to achieve uncompromised customer satisfaction.
- Ability to interact and communicate with people across various organizational functions.
- Contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Requirements :
- 4+ years of management and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
