Fraazo - Assistant Manager - Planning (2-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Generate Demand & Supply plan for the cities and categories allocated
- Review sale plan & Demand drivers:
- Review sales and promotion plans for the cities allocated and coordinating with sales & marketing team to validate and use the input in the forecasting
- Present, solicit and assess feedback on the various forecasts
- Provide input to Sales and marketing team to develop inventory strategies
- Track, monitor & leverage market, sourcing intelligence to adjust inventories
- Track inventory across multiple locations and create a supply plan for replenishment
- Efficiently monitor and execute planned inventories to avoid stock outs & reduce wastage
- Support management scenarios on what if scenarios pertaining to supply risks/forecasting risks
Educational background preferred :
- Graduate /PG in Commerce/Business/Agriculture
- Economics/Stats/Maths background will be added advantage.
Experience preferred :
- 1-2 years' experience in Supply chain/order management domain in any E-commerce/supply chain organization
- Agri-related experience would be an added advantage
