FPL Technologies - National Lead - Repayments/Collection

National Lead - Key Areas of expertise :

1 - Should have relevant experiences of managing Unsecured Portfolio at a National role in the past.(More preference would be given for Cards background guys )

2 - Should have worked in a similar position for at least 2/3 years.

3 - Should have a strong understanding about Digital Repayments Journey with sound knowledge about legal & litigation processes.

4 - Should be open for extensive travelling.

5 - Should have strong vendor management experiences - both collection & Legal.

6 - Should have effective team management experiences.

Strategic / Managerial Responsibilities :

1 - Should be well versed with domestic geographical pockets and improve the scope of collection.

2 - Personal handling experiences of impactful locations.

3 - Sound knowledge of Audit & Compliance.

4 - Develops and implements strategic recovery plans in line with the company objectives - Field & Tele Calling channel.

5 - Sharp expertise in SKIP tracing methods.

6 - Monitors and analyzes the business operating environment for all the regions with respect to Market Trends , Segment Level Delinquency etc.

7 - Provides guidance and support to the team members as per business standards to ensure continuous improvement.

8 - Should be self-driven and set up a strong , standardized Repayment process.
