We want to build a robust range of unique products for effective skincare and haircare which are 100% natural, authentic, premium in quality and effective. We want to be a regime focused brand and not be known just for vanity. We are about six months old and we have recently commenced sales with 20+ SKUs in the market through our own website and 5+ marketplaces. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Co-Founder who can run the show and walk the tough journey with us. Basically, someone looking for a long term mission rather than a short adventure. We wish you to have these things: - Strong domain knowledge and fundamentals - Procurement, Best manufacturing practices, Vendor management and Supply chain management - Candidates with operations experience in FMCG or family businesses with manufacturing background will be preferred - Proven track record of success in the implementation of various strategies for cost saving, team building and stakeholder management - Excellent Communication Skills - The excitement of playing a key role in the success of a hyper-growth new venture: you will be launching and scaling a range of products in a cost effective manner - Analytical and strategic thinker; Decision-making skills; Passionate; Hardworking; Strong work ethics; Problem solving skills Job Description : - Design implement and drive the manufacturing roadmap of the organization - Strategize and execute new product launches in conjunction with the business objectives - Showcase effective cost saving strategies in procurement and logistics - To plan and execute a strong manufacturing team structure - To forecast and manage raw material sourcing, inventory management and manufacturing planning to meet the sales demands - To build a global and local network of high quality vendors for effective and high quality sourcing - To constantly improve raw material quality, packaging, time of delivery, manufacturing practices to bring it up to an international standard - To strategize and set up the export channels along with all the required licensing and go-to-market planning Good to Have : - Master's degree in operations/ supply chain management from a reputed B school from India/abroad - Prior Startup experience/ family business experience - EITHER Basic knowledge of biochemistry OR Knowledge of ecommerce and website/category management What you get : Equity compensation, Revenue linked monetary compensation (for the first 2 years) &amp; Co Founder Opportunity
