Key Responsibilities:


Conceptualization & Strategic Launch Campaigns

- Develop and execute brand launch campaigns that establish strong positioning in the market.

- Strategize integrated marketing campaigns with innovative storytelling tailored for digital-first audiences.

Creative Strategy for Social Channels

- Define and implement a content and visual strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook,
LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and videographers to develop engaging and viral content.

Creative Strategy for 0-1 Brand Initiatives

- Lead the conceptualization and execution of new product launches, ensuring unique
storytelling and market differentiation.

- Develop branded content, videos, and activations that drive brand affinity and engagement.

- Concept & Scripts for Brand & Marketing Activations

- Ideate and write compelling brand films, digital ads, influencer-led campaigns, and product
storytelling videos.

- Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to produce high-quality content that
resonates with the modern beauty consumer.


Key Skills & Experience:


- Proven Experience in D2C Skincare, or Personal Care FMCG Deep understanding of
consumer insights, digital trends, and competitive landscape in the beauty industry.


- Creative Leadership & Brand Storytelling Ability to craft compelling narratives that
elevate brand presence.


- Strong Visual & Content Strategy Skills Experience in designing and executing visually
appealing, engaging, and high-converting content.

- Social Media & Performance Marketing Alignment Expertise in social-first
storytelling, short-form video content, and creative performance marketing insights.

- Video Conceptualization & Scriptwriting Experience in writing brand films, digital ads,
influencer-led campaigns, and visual storytelling.

- Collaborative & Execution-Oriented Ability to work closely with marketing, design,
content, and growth teams to bring creative ideas to life.
