Job Role - Founding Principal

Location - North Bangalore.

Ideally, our leader will have prior experience in school leadership as a Principal. We prefer someone with experience in a highly personalized, project-based learning environment, and someone who has already demonstrated success in building a team, a school structure, and a culture that fully embraces student-centered learning. A successful candidate will likely hold a masters degree or higher in Education, Education/Business Administration or a related field. Experience in starting an ambitious effort from the ground up, as well as hiring and leading a diverse staff, is preferred.

What we are looking for -

- Our client is looking for someone who has a strong grounding as a founding Principal in an established educational group/institution.

- Should have at least 5 plus years as a Principal in a CBSE / ICSE/ IB or any large format curriculum schools.

- Directing the schools day to day activities

- Foster a Healthy school culture

- Innovate & develop ground - breaking curriculum & assessment strategy.

- Would be great if the person has worked on affiliations for CBSE

- Shaping a vision of academic excellence for all students.

- Demonstrating care and commitment to academic excellence and a safe teaching and learning environment in the school.

- Administering & Managing the schools budget.

- Overall yearly planning of the syllabus.

- Develop a strong culture of Training teachers on all the upcoming & modern teaching methodologies.

- Ensuring growth through innovative approaches.

- Coordinating teacher trainings and professional development.

- Hiring, training, supervising and evaluation of staff. Mentoring and assisting new teachers.

- Handling academic, non-academic and administrative operations.

- Strong reporting and MIS

- Very strong process orientation
