Founder's Team Member Role - Community/Branding & Rewards (6-9 yrs)
Responsibilities
Work closely with the founders to:
- Build out a one-of-its-kind rewards experience for community
- Collaborate with partner brands and internal tech/product/marketing teams to build a rewards initiative
- Innovating on-brand rewards as an engagement driver for patrons to support more brands
- Implementing a rewards program (tech & economics) to manage the same
- Build rewards and gifting program - sampling, co-branded swag, invite-only events, and more!
- Build and manage Klub's community initiatives for our partner brands as well as for our patrons, fostering deeper engagement and ties between patrons and brands
- Ideating and executing events
- Ideating and executing community engagement initiatives that foster deeper relationships between patrons and brands
- Innovate on other similar initiatives that cement Klub's place as a partner of choice for leading consumer brands and their patrons
Qualifications
- 6+ yrs of work experience as founder's team of a high growth startup, investment banking, fund, or strategy consulting firms
- Exposure to branding, rewards, and the Indian consumer brands ecosystem to have a working understanding to build upon
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Ability to build zero-to-one and be hands-on in implementation of the above-mentioned program
- Self-starter
- Accountability and very high attention to detail. If the extra space or the change in font do not bother you, this role will be tough :-)
- Interest in branding and design, with a desire to build a global brand from the ground up
- Ability to think big and disruptive, and execute along-side
