- Work Closely with the Founder's office as regards the Business requirements.
- Delivery of solutions.
- Gather and translate business needs into product backlogs and feature requirements.
- Support large initiatives with relevant project management methodology.
- Ensure relevant communication is disseminated in the right format to the right stakeholders at the right time.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence across the organization.
- Adapt at queries, report writing and presenting findings, maintain projects.
- Research data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
- Ability to handle various software, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations etc.
- Work independently and with professional discretion on various tasks and assignments and provide brief on it to the Director in brief
- Gathering user requirements, analyzing business processes and creating a synopsis.
