About the company:

- A leading B2B Logistics tech provider which is completely reimagining how global trade is executed, is looking to buld out a Chief of Staff Office.

- The successful candidate will play an important role in helping achieve the founders' objectives, working closely with the CEO and the leadership team and will be responsible for developing and implemeting various initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with oversight of strategic and growth initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership.

- Participate in decision-making and program management across departments

- Drive internal governance as required as well as governing critical metrics across the organization

- working with senior management on special projects.

- Desired Profile:

- MBA from Tier 1 B School.

- Engineering degree

- 2 to 5 years experience in management consultingand/or program management/chief of staff roles in startups

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Analytical and outcome oriented
