Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Problem Solving:
- Work directly with the CEO on 0- 1 and 1- 10 strategic initiatives across product, channel expansion, growth, and operations.
- Conduct structured problem solving, hypothesis building, and data-driven analysis to inform company decisions.
- Break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, priorities, and recommendations.
2. Business Execution & Program Management:
- Drive execution of cross-functional projects with discipline, speed, and clarity.
- Set up and manage operating cadences, dashboards, reviews, and KPIs.
- Ensure blockers are removed and decisions move quickly.
3. Insights, Research & Analytics:
- Build market, consumer, competitive, and financial insights to inform strategic choices.
- Create high-quality models, forecasts, and performance trackers to drive BU and organizational decisions.
4. Founder Leverage & Planning:
- Act as an extension of the CEO in key meetings, reviews, and communication loops.
- Prepare briefs, recommendations, and documents with exceptional structure, clarity, and analytical rigor.
- Maintain strong internal alignment and ensure critical priorities stay on track.
5. Future Leadership Development:
- Develop a deep understanding business and brand to eventually take ownership of a Business Unit.
- Build relationships across teams and begin transitioning into P&L and strategic responsibility over time.
What Success Looks Like (First 12-18 Months):
- Rapidly understands organisation's business model, customer behavior, and operational drivers.
- Consistently delivers crisp insights, structured recommendations, and reliable execution.
- Builds systems/processes that elevate decision-making and operating discipline.
- Shows clear potential to step into BU ownership or a senior functional leadership role.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education & Experience:
- MBA from a top-tier institution (preferred) with 2-5+ years of pre-MBA work experience.
- Startup, consulting, investing, strategy, or operational roles are a plus-but not mandatory.
- High learning velocity, structured thinking, and problem-solving depth matter most.
Capabilities & Attributes:
- Exceptionally high IQ, analytical rigor, and structured thinking.
- High ownership, high discipline, high hunger to build.
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Strong business intuition and ability to learn new domains quickly.
