How You'll Make an Impact?

- Interact with kitchen operators on a day to day basis to understand how we can help them become successful

- Expand Forward's customer base by introducing smart growth programs

- Learn our product inside out and provide feedback on how we can improve it

- Work with the sales team to drive expansions and smoothen operations

- Engage with kitchen operators who aren't maximizing their market opportunity and work with them to get more out of our product

Responsibilities & Requirements:

You are comfortable tackling challenges from defining a cloud kitchen's launch strategy, to writing the playbook for a successful cloud kitchen. You should be able to think analytically about food delivery sales growth, and feel a strong sense of ownership over the way we launch, grow, and develop a delivery brand.

These are some of the competencies and experience we're looking for (having all of them is not required):

- Data & Analytics:- comfort with quantitative data analysis and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)

- Process Design:- mapping out processes, redesigning workflows, writing documentation for processes

- KPIs & Performance Management:- experience with setting KPIs and processes for reviewing and actioning based on KPIs

- Revenue Operations:- previous exposure to marketing, business development, sales, onboarding, and/or customer success operations

- Tech Procurement & Implementation:- experience gathering requirements, assessing vendors, and implementing & configuring solutions

- Problem Solving & Special Projects:- having worked in non-routine, non "run-the-business" roles focused on solving one-off issues

- Attention to Detail & Quality:- a sense of "what good looks like" and having high standards for work quality

- Must be able to work full time, 40 hours/week and EST timezone (9am-6pm)
