Job Description

- Develop, spearhead and implement overall strategic marketing plans that address issues in the marketing and communications for our retail mall.

- Formulating and implementing of Marcom policies and internal control procedures and ensure strict compliances

- Budgeting, managing and administering the income and expenses budgets

- Create marketing plans that set out objectives, plans, and specific activities to be pursued in each area of responsibility

- Plan and organize events and promotions in the mall

- Integrate marketing communications activities via professionally use of the knowledge in various disciplines, i.e. media, advertising, public relations

- Developing and maintaining of the customer service initiatives and achieve service standards set for the mall

- Management of Marcom Department

- Exhibition of Leadership and Supervision

- Train and develop subordinates

Required Candidate profile

- To conceptualize, plan, implement and monitor various marketing and communication activities to support the generation of revenue as well as development of a strong position for the mall in the industry.

Educational Qualification

MBA in Marketing

Previous Experience / Special Skills

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar capacity in retail, hospitality or related industry.

- Possess relevant exposure & experience in organizing events & activities for the malls, PR, media.

- Digital Marketing exposure will be an added advantage.

Competencies and Behaviour

- Creative, dynamic and resourceful with good media and relevant promotional partners contacts.

- Substantial knowledge and experience in event planning.

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Fast and independent with strong organizational skills.

- Possess strong leadership, people management and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

- Prepared to work long and irregular hours including weekends and holidays
