We are looking for Operation Head (Sales & Service) for its 2-wheeler segment

- Candidate should have 10 to 15 years of experience in Automobiles and capable of handling end-to-end operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- knowledge in retail activities to increase footfall in the retail set up.

- Increase sales and revenues by developing new clients/ markets, thereby expanding the customer base.

- Lead Generation through promotional activities like advertising campaigns, promotions.

Monitoring, recruiting & training manpower.

- Providing direction, motivation & training to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance.

- Planning and scheduling team assignments to achieve the preset goals to ensure the Sales and service targets are reached.

- Increase revenue of service center by ensuring customer satisfaction

- Ensure Smooth functioning of both showroom and service center

- Should be able to manage a team of sales managers,TLs and executives

- Responsible for Branch Performance (Profit/loss)

- Work Location : Hyderabad

- Educational Qualification : Diploma/B.Tech

- Salary : Best in industry
