- Managing team of Key Account Managers in region
- Empanelling defined key accounts in region
- Understanding healthcare needs of key accounts & developing customized plans for them
- Increasing revenue & - share of wallet- from these accounts
- Developing pan Fortis business plans for these accounts
- Maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers in these accounts
- Maintaining strong internal linkages to ensure great customer service.
