Fortis Healthcare - Regional Head - Marketing (10-15 yrs)
Marketing :
- Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing marketing strategies, in line with the Organization wide strategy, to increase market share through higher penetration and awareness of Fortis as Hospital of Desire
- Plan and regulate the expenses of the marketing activities across the Region
- Explore avenues to tap newer services and opportunities with the clients and build long term relationships
- Ensure Region wide tracking of Reports, feedback, complaints received through marketing activities and recommend suggestions
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing team for effective implementation of marketing strategies
- Organize outreach programs with prospective patient community for presidents, local clubs, schools, NGOs, colleges and other local bodies with a view to generate footfalls from them
- Devise a process for identifying training needs of the marketing team and initiate learning programs to develop and improve medico-marketing skills
- Ensure tracking of competitors activities, analyze the information and recommend suggestions to the department.
- Oversee analysis of data and generation of reports, letters & news bulletins of or for the department
Required Education :
- MBA /PGDBM in Marketing/ Bachelor in Media Studies/Mass Communications
Preferred Education : Diploma in hospital services management
Experience :
- 10-15 years of experience in Marketing & Communications of which 3-4 years is in a lead role (Preferred in Hospital industry)
Knowledge and Specific Skills :
- Excellent Communication Skills, Presenting and communicating Information, Writing and reporting, Pleasing Personality, Networking skills with Doctors /Corporate & Analytical skills
- Insight and experience regarding messages that are appropriate and would resonate in the business context and the public domain
