Hiring for PAN India for client locations

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Experience in SAP HCM applications implementation and support.

- Knowledge on Org Management, Personnel Administration, Personnel Development, Performance Appraisal, Time Mgt (+ve), Payroll (India), and Compensation & Benefit submodules of SAP HCM. Ability to manage Change management and HCM Release process.

- Must have Knowledge on Integration between SAP HCM. Must have End to End implementation and Support experience

- Must have good written and verbal communication skill and Interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage customers. Must have worked in Onsite-Offshore Delivery Model

- Skill to configure and manage ESS & MSS

- Troubleshooting of SAP HCM issues.

- Manage Change management and HCM Release process

- Should be able to manage Integration issues between SAP HCM and other SAP modules.

- Should work on Incidents / Service Requests / Change Requests / Projects related to SAP HCM

- Training and presentation to end user

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Qualification MBA (HR) or Any Graduate, with HR functional experience and SAP HCM Certification

- Knowledge on Below areas SAP OM and PA, Time management, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits

- Technical knowledge to debug issues
