Responsibilities - Retention percentage should be monitored on regular basis. - The maximum number of appointments should be given to the sales executives. - Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources - Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls. - Being updated on new products and services. - Make telephonic calls and schedule appointments on lead data generated from various sources with an aim to increase the sales of the branch and positively contribute to achieve sales targets. - Supporting configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user training - Must be willing to work in US PST timezone in rotating shifts every month (6 PM IST to 2 AM. IST and 2 AM IST to 6 PM IST) - Should have excellent communication skill. Required Experience / Qualifications - 3 - 5 years of experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting. - Ability to comprehend products and solutions to communicate our value proposition to prospects - Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, must work well as a member of a team. - Strong Internet research skills required - Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. - Highly organized and attentive to detail. - Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed. - Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
