We require an experienced male or female candidate with at least 7-8 years of retail experience, preferably with luxury or premium brands. The person should be well groomed, articulate and have held positions of responsibility requiring to manage multiple stores / teams. Responsibilities: - Responsible for the efficient operations of the retail stores in the region. - Responsible for achieving and exceeding the retail store targets for all the stores in the region. - Responsible for the customer service provided by the staff under his/her region, this includes the service skills of the staff, grooming of the staff, gift packaging as per SOP, perfect demonstrations and sampling. - Responsible for operational controls of all the stores in the region; zero pilferage, stock shortage, impeccable cleanliness of the stores, ensuring all SOPs are followed by the store teams. - Responsible for conducting interviews and ensuring good quality staff is hired in the region. - Responsible for redressing employee grievances effectively and timely, ensuring high staff retention. - Responsible for ensuring that all staff in the region is well trained. This should be constantly monitored during the store visits. - Responsible for ensuring all stores are optimally manned at all times. Approving staff leave and planning the store rosters effectively. - Responsible for ensuring all stores follow The Company standards and guidelines of Visual Merchandising accurately. - Responsible for visiting the stores in the region, as per the roster defined by the Retail Head. - Responsible for resolving any issues pertaining to the store performance / impacting the customer experience; store maintenance (minor / major), staff uniforms, stock issues etc. in the region.
