Foodpanda is hiring for BI Manager in Gurgaon location.   The position entitles leading business analysis, reporting and performance planning. Person in the role will be liaising with global team on investor presentations, performance updates, and other details  Key responsibility :  1. Set up forecasting/predictive tools to help operations better on handling capacity & peak  2. Lead analytics and reporting vertical for delivery and ensure accurate, precise information flow across verticals  3. Identify and publish key gaps in operations, perform RCA on gaps and key process dev/change required within delivery  4. Own complete analytics on delivery performance, cost & PnL. Bring insights and key initiatives necessary to improve delivery metrics  5. Display excellent proactiveness in foreseeing any problem in supply chain and work with concerned function for mitigation  6. Work with Berlin BI team on operational benchmarking of foodpanda India against other ventures  7. Lead process development plan along with Planning vertical highlighting trends and changes  8. Improve FP database handling tools and work on automation of complete analytical framework with 100% data accuracy  Skills Required:  - Excellent analytical Skills. Previous experience in Business analysis must  - Excellent on Excel & SQL. Ability to carry out large data structures  - 3+ years of experience in e-commerce set-up. Prior exposure to logistics/supply chain is preferred  - Entrepreneurial bent-of- mind. High tolerance to ambiguity  - Prior team management experience must  - Graduate/Post graduate from tier-1 College. MBA preferred
