We are looking for Lead Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in end to end Recruitment in IT & Non IT. Responsibilities: - Experience in managing a team of recruiters. The job holder will lead a team and manage the entire recruitment life-cycle from Sourcing to On-Boarding of candidates. - Handling the entire recruitment cycle for Junior, Middle, and Senior level positions Across Industries. - Source and attract the right candidates by using various databases, internal referrals, professional and other sources - Coordinate with interview panel, schedule interviews and ensure interviews take place as per schedule. - Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and make hiring recommendations - Understand company staffing needs and engage in resource planning by working with team leads and senior management - Develop Recruitment Standards for various Business verticals - Manage a great candidate experience from initial contact to offer and ensure seamless communication at each stage - Building the internal team as we grow.
