Foodpanda is hiring for GM Operations in Gurgaon location.   Position: GM - Operations   Responsibilities :   - Design Lean Operation Strategies for improving the Operational efficiencies of Deliveries  - Secondary accountability of Cost metrics, Delivery performance, experience and market penetration  - Own delivery scale up from capacity projection, micro-market expansion & volume forecasting point of view.   - Lead strategic projects for delivery working with multiple stakeholders within and outside company   - Brings in strong execution focus and customer responsiveness approach to Org.  - Work with technology and product to build roadmap of delivery tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer delight  - Lead COD operations, payout disbursements, incentive rollouts & on-field grooming health   - Lead fleet engagement centrally by field audits, central engagement exercise (CEE) to ensure minimum attrition & absenteeism   - Use analytical skills to identify continuous improvement opportunities provide solutions and implement changes quickly.  - Facilitate City operations with state-of-the-art tools to ensure continuous improvement of delivery KPIs in line with company's vision   - Own all analytics and reporting for delivery operations ranging from daily reporting to drill down simulations   Requirement:   - Post Graduate from Premier College, Experience in Operations intensive industry is a must.  - High level of analytical and problem solving skills  - Experience of leading a team is mandatory  - Professional work experience anywhere between 8+ years.  - Entrepreneurial spirit, unmatched passion and an ability to get things done  About Foodpanda:   Foodpanda, together with its affiliated brands hellofood and Delivery Club, is one of the world's largest online food ordering marketplaces.
