FoodPanda - Creative Head (5-10 yrs)
The creative head is responsible for translating a company's marketing objectives into creative strategies and designs. The creative director must understand the company's needs and current market conditions in order to develop successful creative campaigns. This position typically oversees a number of staff such as graphic designers and copywriters.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Will be spearheading a team of Creative staff including Copywriters, Graphic Designer and will act as the Department Head for generating creative event concepts as per the requirements honoring stringent timeline with superlative creative deliverables.
- You would be responsible for management with regards to creative jobs, strategic planning, creative idea incubation, ideation development process and conceptualization of multimedia creative campaigns including Event collaterals, such as concept notes, Mc scripts, Audio Visuals and for virtual and online media .
- Will be responsible for dissemination for creative works and KRA would involve good leadership qualities and by acting as a team motivator and team builder by being the big idea generator with an exemplary confluence of copy and art put together.
- Must blend talent with technology, innovation with ingenuity and team compatibility with idea creativity.
- Experience leading strategic brainstorming sessions, campaign development, creative brief development and directing creative execution.
- Knowledge of creative presentations with creative strategy, communication objectives, communication touch points must.
- Maintain regular communication with internal Business units to ensure timeliness, accuracy and updates of projects.
