Food Service India - Plant Finance Manager (3-7 yrs)

- To handle the day to day plant accounting and assist in closing of books in a time bound manner on monthly basis, provisions/accruals, ledger scrutiny, vendor & employee payments, GL scrutiny, variance analysis etc.

- To assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial results for Management review

- To assist in building AOP/SBP of the Company

- To perform budget vs actual variance analysis

- To lead inventory management at plant and associated warehouses

- To monitor Freight, Logistics and supply chain costs

- To liaise and deal with the Distributors of the Company on commercial matters

- To maintain and update Fixed Asset Register and assist in physical verification of assets.

- Responsible for adherence to financial & accounting policies and operating procedures framed by the company.

- To assist Sr Manager F&A in timely closure of all audits e.g. Statutory/Internal audits

- To handle the accounting transactions from the financial control perspective

- Maintaining positive interpersonal relationships with team members and others by demonstrating productivity, initiative, flexibility, cooperation and commitment to the success of F&A team.

- To collaborate with Tax Manager in routine tax compliances (TDS, Prof Tax, GST etc)

- To review Bank Reconciliations and ensure closure of open issues

- To review and update various Master data (Customer, Vendor, Product etc) in SAP

- To monitor and supervise 3rd party job work from accounting and control perspective

- To perform various reconciliations, data analysis with a view to provide insights

- To work with plant teams for capitalisation of asset, monitor Capital WIP etc

- To perform cost run for the purpose of product costing and ensuring appropriate OHs inventorisation

- Compute variances w.r.t. production and compare with Standard and ensure that the variances are identified, analysed and corrective actions are taken to avoid repetition.
