We are currently hiring Senior Manager - Sales, Marketing & Business Development Specialists.

Experience - Relevant Sales, Marketing & BD experience of about 8-10 yrs.

Educational Background - MBA - Sales & Marketing (IIM Graduates- Preferred) 

Desired Candidate Profile :-

- We are looking for people who have worked in Management Consulting Companies in BD Role. You will have to take care of the entire end to end sales & BD role. We are looking for people who perform best as Individual Contributors.

- The Job will require you to travel extensively in Bangalore & also outside. We are looking for Male candidates who are willing to take up this challenging opportunity (aggressive field sales).

Roles & Responsibilities :-

A Business Development Manager is a senior role, and has some important duties and responsibilities to fulfill with both short and long-term goals to achieve.

- Developing growth strategies and plans

- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

- Increasing client base

- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

- Writing business proposals

- Negotiating with stakeholders

- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

- Following industry trends locally and internationally

- Drafting and reviewing contracts

- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

Soft Skills -

- High-level communication skills (Oral & Written)

- Stakeholder management skills

- Proven ability to negotiate

- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy

- Conflict resolution

- Experience working to and exceeding targets
