We are looking for Senior Consultant, will be deputed as de facto CEO in one of our Client's location in Jammu which specializes in rice production.

The Resource we are looking for should have fair knowledge of rice production industry with an expertise in sales background.

Designation : Senior Consultant

Location : Bangalore, India

Educational Qualification : Full time IIM graduates (2yr course)

Experience: Post IIM, 5-7 Years work experience.

Skills :

1. Good experience of project management & data analytics.

2. Strong managerial skills

3. Should possess financial, analytical & numerical skills

4. Excellent skills in administrative work and good with computer softwares like MS Office, Odoo etc.

5. Work efficiently under time pressure.

6. Ability to multi-task and manage people.

7. Good leaders with effective communication skills, both verbally and in written form at all levels of authority.

8. Possess a strong interpersonal relationship with clients.

9. Customer-oriented approach

10. Good presentation skills.

11. Strategic planning & problem solving skills.

12. Willingness to travel extensively in India and Abroad

13. Good experience in Sales.

Role:

1. We are looking for a Sr Consultant to build positive relationships with clients during projects.

2. You- ll be the assigned clients- first point of contact, ensuring that our customers remain satisfied with our services.

3. To succeed in this role, you- ll need to communicate well and multi-task under tight deadlines.

4. Your goal will be to ensure that our relationships with customers are strong, profitable and enduring.

Responsibilities in detail:

Fonds Nikkel Consulting (www.fondsnikkel.com) is a boutique management consulting firm operating in the markets of India and the Middle east. The company undertakes management consulting projects and is currently looking at scaling its business.

As a Senior Consultant you'll need to:

1. Carry out research and data collection to understand the organization;

2. Conduct analysis;

3. Interview the client's employees, management team and other stakeholders;

4. Prepare business proposals and presentations;

5. Identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions;

6. Present findings and recommendations to clients;

7. Implement recommendations/solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out;

8. Manage projects and programs;

9. Lead and manage those within the team, including analysts;

10. Liaise with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.

11. Contribute to the improvement of sales.

12. Consultants can spend considerable time travelling to client sites in India & Abroad.
