Basic Qualification - Full Time IIM graduate

Skills :

1. Good experience in project management & data analytics.

2. Strong managerial skills

3. Should possess financial, analytical & numerical skills

4. Excellent skills in administrative work and good with computer software like MS Office, Odoo etc.

5. Work efficiently under time pressure.

6. Ability to multi-task and manage people.

7. Good leaders with effective communication skills, both verbally and in written form at all levels of authority.

8. Possess a strong interpersonal relationship with clients.

9. Customer-oriented approach

10. Good presentation skills.

11. Willingness to travel extensively in India and Abroad

Experience - Post IIM, Minimum 4 Years work experience.

Role:

1. We are looking for a Sr. Consultant to build positive relationships with clients during projects.

2. You'll be the assigned clients - first point of contact, ensuring that our customers remain satisfied with our services.

3. To succeed in this role, you'll need to communicate well and multi-task under tight deadlines.

4. Your goal will be to ensure that our relationships with customers are strong, profitable and enduring.

Responsibilities in detail:

Fonds Nikkel Consulting (www.fondsnikkel.com) is a consulting firm operating in the markets of India and the Middle east. The company undertakes management consulting projects and is currently looking at scaling its business.

As a Senior Consultant you'll need to:

1. Carry out research and data collection to understand the organization;

2. Conduct analysis;

3. Interview the client's employees, management team and other stakeholders;

4. Prepare business proposals and presentations;

5. Identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions;

6. Present findings and recommendations to clients;

7. Implement recommendations/solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out;

8. Manage projects and programs;

9. Lead and manage those within the team, including analysts;

10. Liaise with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.

11. Consultants can spend considerable time traveling to client sites in India & Abroad.
