We are currently hiring for Regional Director, Management Consultants.

Educational Qualification -

Basic Qualification Any Graduate & MBA

Technical Skills

- Good knowledge of management systems 


- Good understanding of Finance

Other Skills

1) Effective communication skills, both verbally and in written form at all levels of authority

2) Excellent organisational and planning skills, with an ability to multitask in a busy environment with multiple contacts

3) Experience of working in international development/ operational management would be advantageous

4) Customer-oriented approach & High learnability

5) Self Starter & Willingness to travel extensively in India and Abroad

Experience

Minimum 15+ years industry experience specifically to manufacturing domain including at least 5 years in Sales & Business Development.

Knowledge of Tools -

High proficiency in MS Office

Knowledge of Project Management Software

Role:

We are looking for a Regional Director to build positive relationships with clients during projects who will also be responsible for Sales & Business Development. The Resource has to have thorough understanding of Consulting specifically into Manufacturing Industry.

You- ll be the assigned clients- first point of contact, ensuring that our customers remain satisfied with our services.

To succeed in this role, you- ll need to communicate well and multi-task under tight deadlines.

Your goal will be to ensure that our relationships with customers are strong, profitable and enduring.

Responsibilities in detail:

Fonds Nikkel Consulting (www.fondsnikkel.com) is a Management Consulting firm operating in the markets of India and Middle east. The company undertakes management consulting projects and is currently looking at scaling its business.

The Responsibilities will include the following -

- Create new Business, Acquiring new Clients.

- Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact

- Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively

- Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

- Address customer issues with speed and efficiency

- Work with sales teams to generate new business

- Prepare reports on project performance

Please note we are not looking for resource with IT Consulting background.

The resource should be from traditional business consulting background with experience in Turning around the business.
