- Experience Minimum 15 years plus work experience in IT Solution Sales & related business including at least 5 years in running the business vertical independently.

Role:
- The candidate should be able to run a business vertical independently as a profit center.
- P&L Responsibility of the vertical
- He will be responsible to devise and implement strategies to drive topline as well as bottom line growth.
- He will foray into new areas of business apart from growing the existing lines.
- He will be responsible to recruit, train and develop people and to build a sustainable business model for long term growth.
Responsibilities in detail:
The IT solution sales vertical focuses on solutions in IT infrastructure covering Servers, storage, backup solution, Networking and Information security. The projects teams focus areas are physical security, Power solution covering UPS and IP telephony. The leading brands we represent in the Sultanate are Lenovo, TrendMicro, Arcserve, Juniper, Sonicwall, Schneider, Aventura, Centrify to name a few.
The company is looking for an individual who can independently drive the IT solution sales vertical.
Remuneration:
Basic salary of between 1000 to 1300 OMR plus HRA, Car allowance under own your car Scheme, annual passage for self and family. PLUS incentives from the bottom line of the vertical
