URGENT HIRING - ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR - MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

We are a Boutique Management Consulting Firm headquartered in Bangalore. We provide Management Consulting services & solutions to our clients based out of Pan India & the Middle East.

Job Brief :

The ED will be responsible for building positive client relationships during projects. They assess the clients' needs, identify customer requirements, and develop cohesive projects that improve the operations of a business through more efficient procedures and systems.

Desired Skills & Experience :

1) Should be an IIM graduate & have a minimum of 5 years of experience post IIM.

2) Should have sound financial knowledge (to work on numbers, Balance sheets, Cash flow, P&L..)

3) Should have knowledge & working experience in Manufacturing Industry (experience in

- Production Planning, Quality, Supply Chain & Logistics etc.) -

Mandatory :

4) Should have worked in Consulting Role/Consulting Company wherein the resource should have consulted clients with Strategic consulting solutions, Business consulting Solutions etc.

Educational Qualification - IIM Graduate, PGP course

Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience post IIM graduation, preferably in a Consulting Role & Manufacturing Industry work experience

Job Location : Bangalore/Indore/Delhi/Oman.
