For a Greenfield Pellet Plant at Sandur, Bellary. - Drive and execute the greenfield turnkey project. - Lead cross functional core team. - Manage complete Project Management activities ensuring smooth transition across cross functional teams to deliver entire project on time. - Define interdependencies, critical milestones and critical path to ensure cost and resource optimisation. - Drive scheduled compliance across all functions and ensure agreed project milestones are secured which include planning, reporting and monitoring of resources of the project. - Communicate and present project status/updates to internal stakeholders and steering groups. - Identify risks/issues/scope creeps impacting project schedule, quality or cost and mitigate/ take corrective action. - Responsible for vendor management. - Implement project with vide project management improvement initiatives. - Supports team building. Builds mutual trust and encourages respect and cooperation among cross functional project core teams. - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project. - Ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget - Ensure resource availability and allocation. - Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. - Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. - Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - Accountable for driving on time on cost, quality and other project deliverables as per agreed plan. - Accountable for managing all Project Life Cycle Management activities and milestones from concept, project initiation to project closure. - Overall project execution and product delivery meeting business KPIs. - To report project status to the cross functional Project core team in order to identify conflicts and enable effective decision making. - Finalise overall project planning, scope and execution strategy. - Proven working experience as a project manager. - Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience Pellet Plant setup. - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Understands the needs of parent organisation and business. - Delegation Skills. - Relation and Stakeholder Management.
