- FlytBase is a 4-year old, venture-funded, high growth startup - a global pioneer in software-led automation of commercial drone applications. The team has a cumulative professional experience of several decades, with engineering graduates from IIT-B, IIT-KGP, University of Texas & Georgia Tech.

Role Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage various people initiatives across the company that helps build team culture and increase employee engagement.

- Managing the onboarding process for new joinees ensuring that they get acquainted with their team, roles, -responsibilities, etc, and closely assisting new joinees. Getting an onboarding plan prepared and executed for each person. Managing the process for offboarding as well.

- Indulging in regular engagements with all team members (1-on-1) to resolve any issues they are facing. Getting reviews from the team-leads as well as the team members so that feedback from both sides can be discussed.

- Evolving a holistic plan to better align the goals of a team with the success of its members by understanding the -aspirations of each team member.

- Conducting team building activities to bring everyone together and bond with each other in new ways of creative engagement, activities that would be exciting for our tech-savvy teams.

- Identify the needs of learning and development, and addressing them by devising and delivering internal training sessions or sourcing external support as necessary.

- About 30% of your bandwidth will be allocated to recruitment activities.

Role Requirement :

- 3+ years experience in an HR role

- Experience working as part of a global team, or in a fast-growing technology/product startup.

- Drive for excellence in setting up the culture and practices in sync with the best in the world.

- Experience in performance management, reward, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.

- Great at building relationships with people across the business, and working as part of the management team.

- Experience in designing and delivering training sessions to upskill the staff in people management skills, such as 121s and feedback, coaching skills.

- Drive to continuously make recommendations for improving the experience of team members and ensuring everyone's success.

- Approachable and friendly to all team members and new joinees to the company.
