Position : Financial Analyst / Financial Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Develop and maintain financial models, including revenue forecasting, expense budgeting, and cash flow projections.

- Analyze actual financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and providing insightful explanations.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.

- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the SaaS business model (e. , ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, etc).

Budgeting & Forecasting:.

- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop realistic and achievable budgets.

- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts to provide updated financial outlooks.

- Implement and improve budgeting and forecasting processes.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and provide insights into business performance.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

FinOps & Compliance:.

- Manage bank accounts, reconcile transactions, and maintain relationships with financial institutions.

- Manage vendor relationships, process invoices, and ensure timely payments.

- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages, and compliance with relevant regulations.

- Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate bookkeeping and audit.

- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.

- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product, to provide financial insights and support business objectives.

Key Requirements:.

- Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a SaaS or a technology startup.

- Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics and revenue recognition principles.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. Advanced Excel skills (e. , complex formulas, pivot tables, macros).

- Experience with financial planning and reporting software (e. , QuickBooks, Tally) is a plus.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
