We are currently seeking a strong and driven Manager - Business partner to join our fast paced start-up environment!

What You'll Do:

- Design & launch people programs that will help the company to continue to scale and grow and promote our strong focus on work culture & environment

- Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations to make recommendations accordingly

- Successfully coach and counsel managers on maintaining positive employee relations and serve as primary point of contact for managers on determining resolutions for a wide range of people-related issues

- Partner with the business to manage the performance review programs, compensation policies, workforce planning, and employee development programs

- Deliver People solutions that drive company and individual performance to achieve initiatives in a way that is reflective of our unique culture, values and mission

- Work on critical projects that impact employee experience, growth and retention

What You'll Bring:

- 5+ years of work experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner (start-up experience preferred)

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred

- Must have a solid understanding of HR employment-related laws/regulations. Functional HR expertise in the following areas: talent management, employee and manager coaching, HR program and process implementation, learning and development, compensation and recognition, employee engagement, and employee relations

- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action

- Strong written and verbal communication skills and prior success working cross functionally with various level of stakeholders

- Impeccable ethics and ability to handle confidential matters

- Demonstrated knowledge and comfort with HRIS systems

- Ability to produce policies and procedures that work across an operations & tech org

- Strong Project Management skills and ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment
