Why Join Us?

Transformations can be tough. They need change agents and leaders to be skillful, put in high amounts of work and manage people issues - in emotionally charged and often stressful environments. Consultants have the added pressure of putting their best foot forward in front of client teams.

In an environment like this what usually keeps one going is the exhilaration of high achievement and a sense of belongingness with the team.

We are therefore committed to creating an organization that helps people achieve results while minimizing stress, provides as much work-life-health balance as possible and gives a sense of satisfaction to its people.

Here are few of the promises we make to our team:

- Team empowerment: We envision a win-win organization. This means every stakeholder needs to be heard and their needs taken care of without negatively impacting others. In keeping with this philosophy, we empower our team to design and/or influence the firm's key policies

- Fast learning curve: A clear capability development plan for short, medium and long term. On the job coaching to help execute the learnings

- High growth opportunities: As a young organization, your role in it will be limited only by your own initiative and imagination

- Strong team support: Healthy competition is great. But problem solving is not an individual's game. We promote an open culture where individuals actively seek help and provide support to others in the team. This shall be an important criterion for career growth apart from core capabilities

- Flexible leave policies: We do not count days when you really need them
