About the Associate Consultant (AC) role:

- The Associate is responsible for executing the Project Plans in area(s) assigned to them - as per defined workflows, quality standards and inputs from the Project Manager (PM) and Engagement Manager (EM).

Base Locations: The consultants shall be expected to set up their base locations here

- Jalna

- Raipur

Who is eligible?

- Experience of 2-7yrs - either in core manufacturing roles

- Experience in Steel Industry or Consulting shall be preferred

- Must have solid experience in driving major operational excellence initiatives

- Engineering degree from top-tier institutes

- Though management education is not compulsory, it will be preferred

- Willingness to work on shopfloor initiatives, travel extensively and work from client's location

Job Description :

Associates shall report to the PM and lead a team of Implementation Officers/ Analysts & client's project teams to achieve the defined objectives and deliverables of a project in their assigned areas. Following shall be their usual activities:

- Clearly understanding all  Deliverables,  Initiatives and  Expectations in areas assigned to them by the PM and/or EM

- Making detailed daily workplans along with Project Managers

- Aligning and coaching the operating team in assigned areas for actions required to ensure project success

- Continuous communication with Client and Project Teams on focus areas and activities for driving the project forward

- Day-to-day execution control for all project activities done by Project and Client Teams in their assigned areas

- Coordination with all levels of the organization for on-time completion of daily tasks as per daily work plans

- Executing studies and analyses to identify the improvement potential, improvement levers and key success factors as per the objectives and in consultation with the PM & EM

- Leading solution development sessions with support from project and client teams and under the guidance of PM & EM

- Study operational performance and conduct audits, identify top focus problems and support operating teams with problem solving sessions on a daily basis

- Execution of training sessions for client team on solutions and guide implementation until a strong culture of execution is developed within the organization

- Constantly monitor and escalate to remove the roadblocks to project progress until results are achieved

What to expect?

Remuneration:

- Salaries are on par with implementation consulting industry standards

- Additionally, expenses like internet and phone bills shall be reimbursed on actuals within reasonable limits

Stay and travel:

- Consultants are expected to relocate to the city/ town in which the client is located (if not already stationed there)

- Travel policies shall be decided on a client-to-client basis. Either conveyance allowances or travel arrangements shall be provided, whichever is more convenient and easier to administer
