FloBiz - Manager - Strategy & Operations (1-3 yrs)
Candidate will be a part of Founder's Office , key responsibilities of the job are expected below -
1. Solving business problems - Working on short term (2-3 month) projects with required business functions to solve a critical business problem
2. Business Planning and Review - Working with function leaders to define their quarterly / yearly plans and preparing business reviews
3. Ad-Hoc Work : Immediate very short term (~1 week) work which may include work like
i) Investor Relations (Board Meeting Preparation, Answer to Questions, Fundraising Prep etc.)
ii) Org Events (Townhall, Foundation Day Prep)
iii) Potential Partnership / Acquisition evaluation
