Job Description :

- Using expertise in Google AdWords (Search, Display, Video & App Marketing Campaigns) Facebook Business Manager, Affiliates Marketing & Third-party platforms to create and implement high impact performance marketing strategy to drive business goals.

- Manage and steer large, high scale monthly Performance Marketing budgets

- Build the consumer acquisition funnel to forecast, monitor, and achieve acquisition, conversion via paid marketing channels.

- Acquire new customers with efficient CAC in line with budgets and targets

- Day to day campaign management and execution tactics based on performance to maximize return on ad spend

- Develop, implement, and refine retention marketing strategy to drive cross sell/upsell

- Should have a deep understanding of remarketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

- Lead a small team of performance marketers

- Gather market insights & do competition benchmarking

- Work closely with the Creative team on creative optimization and the Analytics team to draw actionable insights

- Collaborate with Content teams to develop relevant content for your campaigns

- Conduct A/B experiments with clear success/failure metrics to improve campaign effectiveness across content, creative, etc.

- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting across all key metrics, develop a strong reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for all our campaigns

- Brainstorming new ways of segmenting potential customers and means of communication, leading into quick test pilots

- In - depth understanding & hands on experience in running ads across Google Campaign Management Ecosystem

Who is the best fit?

- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager running App based UAC campaigns, Search, Display, YouTube Advertising, Affiliates, etc.

- You have an innate understanding of how app campaigns, event based targeting, and retargeting campaigns work

- You have in depth understanding of conversions, and how they affect the overall outcome of the platform

- A/B testing and experimentation setups and can offer pointed insights on targeting, messaging, and creatives!

- You understand how an MMP works. We use Branch.io, brownie points for having worked on it!

- You understand how Amplitude or MixPanel tool works for proper deep dive of each campaign to understand the user behavior

- You must be able to infer insights from multiple campaigns and offer strategies that can work at scale

- Extremely proactive and ownership driven, great communication skills are a must

- High level of Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, charts, and formulae desirable but not essential
