Job Description:

- Prepare monthly and quarterly US GAAP financial statements including cash flow statement

- Assist with preparing annual US GAAP financial statements and footnotes disclosures

- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly flux reports at the FS level view

- Assist with review of monthly balance sheet and P&L account reconciliations

- Assist with lender compliance reporting and the presentation of non-GAAP measures

- included in the quarterly and annual reports

- Address ad-hoc reporting requests from other functions within the organization

- Coordinate and update written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process

- Assist with company's interim and annual external audit requests

- Accounting research and documentation for non-standard transactions and new accounting pronouncements

- Handling day to day accounting by following the US related compliances

- Monthly tax payments and compliances to take care any non-compliances

- Coordination with US CPA for proper compliances and system improvements

- Project wise monitoring for cash flow and GM tracking

- Assist in India reporting & audits for the US entity

- Consolidation of financial statements in the sync of IAS and US GAAP

- Any other task assigned by the reporting manager/Department head
