Designation : Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager - Sales

Location : Mumbai /Bangalore/Delhi/Ahmedabad

The role requires an exceptional Sales Leader, with the ability to drive the Sales Target through setting and implementing effective sales and support processes. The individual must be a highly astute business development professional with prior pedigree of Sales and managing large on ground sales teams. The sales is for a cutting edge enterprise software product, Vizstore, relevant for furniture and furnishing retailers, distributors and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Generate and service new business leads for sales of Vizstore Software amongst Furniture and Furnishing distributors, retailers and manufacturers

- Lead team of executives to achieve desired sales targets through back-end and on-ground support

- Plan and execute on-ground ATL and BTL activities to create greater brand awareness

- Day to Day internal and external reporting and tracking of activities spanning across lead generation and sales

- Leading the sales team in initiating new accounts and managing relationships with existing ones.

- Formulate roadmap for new client acquisition and ensuring effective execution.

- Build, train, mentor new recruits including career planning for each member of the team.

- Strategizing and executing in coordination with other teams new and better methods to drive client engagement

Desired Candidate & Skills :

- 4-12 Years work experience in sales, business development and/or channel development and management

- Excellent communication and pitching skills in order to effectively communicate value proposition of product

- Strong time and resource management management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet daily, weekly, and long-term goals

- Structured problem solving approach, detail oriented and customer first attitude.

- Entrepreneurial attitude; Start-up exposure is preferred

- Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems

- Experience of dealing with dealers, distributors and supply chain stakeholders in the furniture and furnishing industry
