Designation: Senior Liaison Officer Location: Mumbai Primary Responsibilities: - Liaison with various government departments, local bodies to mediate and facilitate meetings and cooperation among people, agencies and organizations. - Meeting clients / external entities to remove communication bottlenecks and ensure smooth functioning of operations. - Providing financial, legal, or law enforcement guidance in cases of crime /wilful default by associated parties in a contract. - Proactively solve conflicts and address issues occurring between the business and the other entity - Coordinating and visiting the approving authorities on a regular basis for statutory approvals - Compile reports about particular incidents, events, or updates about an important issue for the business - Collect, analyse, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and the other entity Requirements: - Ex-Police, Military, Government, Legal services (min of 8 years) having close and healthy network with police, legal, political, other stakeholders in the community. - Proven record of tackling high pressure and complicated problems involving multiple stakeholders. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Analytically and mathematically minded to analyse data and create necessary reports. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment. - Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems
