How can you own our success?

In this role of a Strategic Initiatives & Transformation Head, you play an important role in making our vision a success.

There are four working-groups at Vizstore , (i) Sales (ii) Business Operations (iii) Initiatives, and (iv) Technology, you will be joining the Initiatives working-group.

Key Responsibilities -

- Act a trusted sounding board to peers for high priority problem statements, work with leadership and stakeholders to define the problem scope, identify key hypotheses, define analyses plan and gain agreement on key deliverables and timelines

- Think beyond immediate problem statements, to create long-term, end-to-end perspective, and demonstrate ability to proactively identify strategic opportunities

- Outline strategic choices and develop fact-backed solution themes/ recommendations, autonomously drive and iterate on key analyses to uncover insights leveraging existing and new information sources

- Bring together insights to develop well-rounded recommendations and help communicate them effectively

- Convert strategies into action and drive the changes required, develop high-quality materials/SOPs and align with various cross-functional stakeholders

- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively and drive the organization to action

- Evaluate new business initiatives and opportunities - develop a business model and identify ways to service the opportunities

Desired Skills -

- Graduate/Post Graduate degree from a leading institution in India/Abroad

- 5-10 years of experience in an emerging startup or top consulting firm

- Strong understanding in the MSME business category

- Superior analytical skills including strong ability to identify and solve highly ambiguous problems

- Ability to connect with people across teams and levels

- Bias for action - we are growing at a very rapid pace

- Possessing confidence and good interpersonal skills

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Strong time management skills to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals
