Job Description : Head-Business Development-Vizstore

Preferred Location : Mumbai

ABOUT THE PROFILE :

We are looking for a self-driven entrepreneur who can lead Vizstore, a revolutionary retail-SAAS vertical, which is the world's first in its scope and value proposition. The candidate should have the ability and drive to hack sales growth of this software product amongst individual retail stores and brands and manufacturers in the furniture and furnishing category.

While the primary role is to drive business growth, the individual is expected to contribute and lead across different support functions as one of the heads of the Vertical. Previous entrepreneurial experience is a plus.

DESIRED SKILL SETS :

1. Exceptional business development skills; pitch articulation, interfacing and engagement and commercial negotiation

2. Ability to drive large teams on retail and enterprise business side to meet business targets and achieve KPIs

3. Ability to set processes and structure around new problem statements and push scale in it

4. Expertise with number crunching, financial planning, creating business presentations and other written collaterals

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Generate and service leads for software sales amongst distributors and dealers of interior design products

2. Assist in driving effective induction and support processes to drive adoption of the software product

3. Create, drive and measure metrics to measure usage of software application amongst relevant stakeholders

4. Plan and execute on-ground ATL and BTL activities to create greater brand awareness

5. Day to Day internal and external reporting and tracking of activities spanning across lead generation, support and adoption and other relevant sub-verticals

6. Leading enterprise business development team in opening new accounts with large enterprises with multiple license buying capability

7. Strategizing and executing operational troubleshooting to activations

8. Managing administration, operational performance, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible

9. Recruit, train, mentor new recruits including career planning for each member of the team

10. Debottlenecking internal processes for faster conversion of large deals

11. Preparing, managing and reporting on PnL for vertical in outlined geography

DESIRED EXPERIENCE :

1. 7-15 Years work experience in business development

2. Experience with brands in interior products industry like flooring, upholstery, laminates is a plus

3. Experience of dealing with dealers, distributors and supply chain stakeholders in channel sales

4. Prior experience in having worked on CRM softwares to structure lead management and CRM

5. Proficiency in microsoft office suite is a must

6. Previous handling of large sales teams is a positive
