FlipSpaces - General Manager - Presales (6-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for GM Presales to manage our incredible growth and expansion initiatives. This is a high value-add business enablement role to the organization, enabling revenue growth and increasing productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, analytical information and sales tools.

- Holistic Presales lead generation process - acquisition, nurturing, closure & transition across online and offline channels

- Responsible for brokers/channel partner business development and continued engagement

- Responsible for builders/developer partnership development and engagement

- Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with vendor partners, internal stakeholders & team members

- Responsible for lead generation systems- implementation, enhancement & governance

- Responsible for market trends, customer insights, analytics and predictive buying behavior leading to better prospect segmentation, profile targeting & product positioning

- Responsible for ensuring usage of latest tools & technologies for go-to-market

- Timely reporting and MIS generation for business and campaign performance

Preferred Profile:

Educational qualifications


- Post-graduate degree / diploma - Preferably in marketing / systems / operations

- Good academic profile throughout his/her education

Work experience:

- 6+ Years of experience in real estate, banking, telecom lead gen or sales profile

- Team management experience

- Experience of handling channel partner development initiatives

Functional knowledge & technical ability:

- Understanding of CRM process & lead lifecycle management

- Ability to manage a large team & its needs such as people development, direction-setting etc.

- Fluent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power-point, Excel) & leading CRM systems

Behavioral characteristics:

- Leadership skills with an ability to influence his / her team

- Sales orientation & attitude

- Flexibility to work in dynamic work environment with targets and numbers

- Able to work with a variety of people and manage their expectations with finesse

- Effective blend of planning and execution skills
