Key Responsibilities:
- Meet new clients, and understand their requirements in detail. You must ensure their interactions with us convert them into paying customers
- You will work closely with Design teams, Marketing team, Operations team in order to deliver interior fit-out projects. The role is challenging and will have revenue, lead generation, as well as people management goals.
- Own your projects from start to finish.
- Your responsibilities will range from client front end, brief understanding and validation to design projects development and coordination from concept to installation stages.
- Be the voice of Flipspaces and educate clients about our revolutionary interior design and execution capabilities.
- Work closely with the client and our interior design team to finalize the design, 3D designs, and drawings.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure your design turns into reality seamlessly.
- Be in-charge of mentoring/training the designers on your team into well-rounded professionals who are adept at - delivering the best experience to our clients, as per the company's service delivery standards.
- Understand each client's requirements and keep tabs on their experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bring insights from the client and designer meetings and suggest process improvements across the board including marketing, product, category and operations.
- Coordinate with different teams and ensure that the client deliverables and timelines are communicated effectively to all.
Desired Candidate & Skills :

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Architectural consulting/ Interior designing or a business management role.
