FlipSpaces - Business Growth Head (4-8 yrs)
1. Business Development - Responsible to build strong sales pipeline of prospective clients by identifying opportunities and robust market intelligence strategy. Accurate projections and pipeline readiness to meet weekly/monthly/quarterly sales targets.
2. Team Management - Lead the team of inside sales executives to ensure successful implementation of Business Development strategies in timely manner.
3. Marketing - Manage digital marketing campaigns to engage with the real estate community. Make use of SM platforms to initiate and manage Business Development campaigns and achieve required target metrics.
4. Stakeholder Management - Coordinate with key management people to ensure that business objectives are being properly executed. Ensure Key Accounts are followed-up and managed properly for entire sales cycle.
5. Data Analytics - Keep a track of all the sales funnel metrics at various stages of the sales cycle to derive meaningful insights, reports and present to Management team on a regular basis
Required Skills and Mindset :
1. Very strong interpersonal skills (pitching and negotiation) - written and oral
2. Very strong command over mathematical calculations and Microsoft Excel and equivalent
3. An engineering or MBA degree from a renowned institution within India or Abroad
4. Prior experience of sales or lead generation is preferable
