Responsibility Areas - University Relations Partner University Relations Engagement - Handle relationship with Training and Placement cell and student coordinators - Create and track annual campus calendar specific to campuses/ universities/ Colleges - Build a relationship with universities through various engagement events and on-campus activities along with campus ambassadors. - Understanding internal business requirements and executing engagement strategies to meet their need through campus recruitment. Hiring - Slot negotiation during the hiring season - Build relationships with internal Flipkart HR partners, business leaders, and other stakeholders - Identify Interview Panel during Hiring drives - Manage Logistics including Panel Briefing, Travel and Accommodation, feedback forms and End to end Management of On-Campus Hiring Drives - Ensure that campus hiring process is adhered to (rounds of interview, feedback documentation etc.) Onboarding - Follow up with Training and Placement cell and candidates to ensure smooth joining - Handle the pre onboarding engagement plan - Work with various teams like TA Ops, Branding, Perfect Welcome, Learning and Development, HRBPs and Business Leaders for Seamless Onboarding and Assimilation of Candidates Operations - Liaison with HR Operations team for generating offer Letters, and Pre-Joining communication with candidates - Collaborate with Payroll team for processing intern stipend - Allocation Process for candidates - Coordinate with various internal stakeholders for offer generation, travel, accommodation, and allocation of campus hires Program Management - Flinternship Program - MT Program / SDE Bootcamp - Off-campus hiring events, if any
