- As a Design specialist, you will be required to understand, analyze existing processes & lead improvements through process or product changes yielding higher productivity, speed of delivery & best in class customer experience.

About the team

CL Design team is responsible for designing supply chain with respect to first & last mile deliveries. Our role is to Create feasible, reliable & scalable capabilities in a financially viable manner through structured problem solving and design thinking with the purpose to "delight customers" for long-term business sustenance.

- Our primary focus is on building long-term sustainable structural capabilities with a 6 months to 3 year view

- We essentially work on 3 workstreams - Speed, Cost & Experience across different business units - Flipkart as well as Myntra.

What you'll do:

- Translate customer needs into problem statements with a long terms lens (building long-term sustainable structural capabilities with a 6 months to 3 year view)

- Manage multiple initiatives with people management responsibilities

- Understand the as-is business processes and diagnose issues

- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and analyze these business processes and workflows.

- Sharply define areas of improvement in these work processes.

- Arrive at actionable insights

- Conduct pilots to prove the POC and work with cross functional teams to create capabilities to implement structural solutions

- Documentation of process and work flows (highlighting execution plan, risks, input, output and success metrics)

- Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements

- Support the Domain experts to ensure process changes are documented & understood by all relevant stakeholders and executed through, to completion

- Continuously challenge the existing operations and processes with a view to improve operating and service performance and promote cost effectiveness and increased profitability

What skills you'll need:

- Analytical (Data Interpretation; Analysis) and Problem-solving skills

- Thorough proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Hands on experience in SQL and BI tools like Power BI

- Program Management; Design thinking

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Knowledge of supply chain design concepts and its importance

- Comfortable in working in unstructured environments and fast timeline

- Prior experience in process designing, supply chain management

- Excellent presentation, organizational, planning, execution skills
