1. Good experience in managing Industrial / employee Relations & statutory compliance with multi locational mid or large size organization.
2. Incumbent should possess hands on experience in dealing with external stakeholders such as local bodies, local influencers, Union, government authorities etc and should have handled large number of contractual workforce.
- God knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances
- Good Communication, Interpersonal, Collaboration and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead from front in difficult situations
- Ability to work with cross-functional, inter-departmental teams
- Ability to collaborate and lead the teams in crisis situations
