Flipkart - Senior Manager - Support Function (8-14 yrs)
What you'll do:
- Responsible for Control Tower functions, Fleet management and Customer experience charter
- Will lead a team of 3-4 motivated people directly and 20-25 people indirectly
- Drive for various metrics at the zone, overseeing the achievement of the AOP targets
- Ensuring Fleet deployment is on time and within the cost guard rails
- Ensuring Customer experience charter is taken as core focus for the zone
- Identify key improvement levers for different metrics in Operational Metrics, Customer experience metrics
- Identify Cost-saving opportunities in Fleet Management
- Ensure the losses in the supply chain is at the minimum
- Support the leadership at the zone in effective decision making through data insights
- Identify opportunities to develop dashboards/decision support for Ground team to enhance their efficiencies
- Stakeholder connect with Central team and lead discussions at zone level
- Translate the strategy level discussions to tactical actions
What you'll need:
- Graduation/MBA
- Should have at-least 8-9 years of relevant experience
- Should have handled a team of 10-15 people
- Good Analytical skill set
- Adept at Communication/Stakeholder management
- Good hold on presentation tools like MS Office and adept at MS Excel
- Fair understanding of Database management and its tools
- Project management drive
